26 Jan Meet Kaity T

Most of you already know our Scheduling Coordinator, Kaity Troutman. She has been a part of the Care To Stay Home team for nearly 2 ½ years now. Kaity began at Care to Stay Home as a caregiver, but through her hard work and determination, she was quickly promoted to scheduling coordinator. Prior to joining our team, she worked as a CNA and as a Scheduling Coordinator for an assisted living facility in Idaho. One of the many things she loves about her job with us is the ability to help our clients and caregivers. Kaity works night and day to make sure our clients and caregivers are happy.  This is a tough job!  She does the best she can to make sure that each client is matched with the right caregiver so that the caregiver enjoys their job, and the clients enjoy their caregivers. A lot of work goes into finding the perfect match and while we may not get it right the first time, every time, Kaity and our team work together to uphold our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

Kaity’s job keeps her busy, being on call 24/7 for our clients and caregivers . When she has free time, she enjoys spending it with her son. They love reading books together whenever they can. Some random facts about Kaity that most may not be aware of, she is a “puzzle fanatic” and she enjoys watching scary movies. When asked what her long-term goals are, she stated, “continue to work for Care To Stay Home and help them in their efforts to grow the company.” She is doing a great job at doing just that as well as raising her son and will be raising her new baby that is on the way.
