75-hour HCA Training

 

Care To Stay Home provides the Washington State 75-hour Home Care Aide training to our employees at no cost. This is one of the benefits of joining our team. New caregivers receive all required training, including Dementia Level 1 and Mental Health Level 1, each providing 8 hours of Continuing Education (CE) units.

 

75 hours training package:

  • Washington Safety and Orientation (self-study online: 5 hours)
  • WA HCA Core Training (self-study online: 38 hours)
  • DSHS Dementia, Level 1 class (virtual class: 8 hours)
  • DSHS Mental Health, Level 1 class (virtual class: 8 hours)
  • DSHS Skills Class (in-person: 16 hours)–Limited seating
