With a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Lewis Clark State College, my nearly 30 years in Spokane have been filled with diverse experiences, including co-owning construction and cellphone companies, and overseeing operations at CenterPlace Regional Event Center for 17 years. My passion for helping others stems from caring for my aging parents, driving my commitment to upholding seniors’ dignity and fostering the growth of our organization. Beyond work, I enjoy traveling, learning languages, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Curtis Photo Curtis Pollen – Talent Acquisition Manager My passion lies in sourcing and hiring top-notch caregivers who embody qualities like compassion, trust, service orientation, and honesty, essential for working with our senior clients and reflecting our organization positively. With a rich background spanning 10 years in the US Navy as an Organizational Effectiveness/Equal Opportunity Programs Specialist, over 20 years of leadership/management in both private and public sectors, and 14 years of Talent Acquisition Management with a prominent national non-profit health organization, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Recently, my family and I made the exciting move from the east coast to the breathtaking Pacific NW, and we couldn’t be happier. TK (1) Tina Kelley – Billing & Payroll Specialist Boasting over 28 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, spanning Clinical and Long Term Care. With licenses as a Level A Pharmacy Technician, Reimbursement Billing Specialist, and Payroll Coordinator, I’m a versatile professional aiming to excel in one area. Outside of work, I cherish moments with my grandchildren. On a lighter note, I have a penchant for Bingo and Karaoke, though not necessarily in that order or frequently. Looking ahead, my aspirations include pursuing a Healthcare Management degree while continuing to contribute and evolve with CTSH. Gonzalo P image Gonzalo Paz – Human Resource Manager At Care To Stay Home in Spokane, my focus is on engaging, ensuring compliance, and retaining skilled Caregivers. I prioritize equipping our employees with the necessary resources and training for success. Past roles include aiding children with Autism in adapting to mainstream environments and collaborating with geriatric social workers to enhance the well-being of elderly clients. These experiences fueled my passion for aiding others. Volunteering for my church honed my leadership and empathy skills. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I’m committed to supporting others, evident in pursuing SHRM certification. As HR Manager at Care To Stay Home, I indirectly assist the elderly by empowering our staff. Beyond work, I cherish time with my children and am deeply involved in soccer, from playing to coaching. My immediate goals include furthering my HR education, enhancing caregiver quality, and fostering company growth. Deeann Care to Stay Home DeeAnn Stinson – Scheduling Manager I began my journey in Spokane after growing up in Southern Oregon and attending the University of Oregon in Eugene. My husband and I raised our two children in SE Colorado before relocating to Spokane from Las Vegas, Nevada, last year. Returning to the Northwest has brought me closer to family, and I’m thrilled to be back. With a background predominantly in the healthcare industry, I feel privileged to work alongside the fantastic team at CTSH. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, skiing, tennis, and swimming. Jodie

Jodie Laib – Customer Relations Director

My role involves liaising directly with hospitals, hospice, assisted living, skilled rehabilitation, and memory care facilities to ensure home care for seniors. With a background in marketing and sales within the hospitality industry spanning two decades, I’ve developed a passion for seniors, nurtured by being mainly raised by my grandparents. It’s an honor to work for a company deeply committed to their care. Spokane has been my home for most of my life, where I’ve raised three wonderful boys who mean the world to me. Additionally, I have a twin sister residing in Dallas, whom I love visiting whenever possible. I’m an outdoor enthusiast, particularly fond of activities involving water, whether it’s by the lake or poolside. Spending quality time with family and friends is what I cherish most. Amber Photo Amber Sherman – Care Manager Thrilled to join Care to Stay Home as a Care Manager, I bring 30 years of diverse Social Work experience. This includes roles in an acute care hospital, foster care case management and licensing, and foster care recruitment coordination. During college, I worked as a certified nursing assistant for four years and also gained experience in private duty in-home care for a couple of years. With over 30 years of marriage, my husband and I are proud parents of two children.
