With a rich background spanning 10 years in the US Navy as an Organizational Effectiveness/Equal Opportunity Programs Specialist, over 20 years of leadership/management in both private and public sectors, and 14 years of Talent Acquisition Management with a prominent national non-profit health organization, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Recently, my family and I made the exciting move from the east coast to the breathtaking Pacific NW, and we couldn’t be happier.
