75-hour HCA Training
Care To Stay Home offers the 75-hour Home Care Aide training to its employees and to the public The cost for the entire training is $700 but free of cost to CTSH employees! Dementia Level 1 and Mental health Level 1 cost is $100 each– Each class provides 8 hours of Continuing Education (CE) units
75 hours training package:
- Washington Safety and Orientation (self-study online: 5 hours)
- WA HCA Core Training (self-study online: 38 hours)
- DSHS Dementia, Level 1 class (virtual class: 8 hours)
- DSHS Mental Health, Level 1 class (virtual class: 8 hours)
- DSHS Skills Class (in-person: 16 hours)–Limited seating
We also offer the Nurse Delegation Core training (9 CEs)–> $60 and the Nurse Delegation: Special focus on Diabetes (3 CEs)–> $30 Contact us at : TrainingWA@caretostayhome.com to inquire about upcoming class dates.
